Every watch leaves Belgium within 2 days after we receive your payment, fully insured, and arrives in a watch box with a service pouch.
- Belgium: next day
- Europe: 3–5 days
- Rest of the world: 7–10 days
Payment
Pay securely with Apple Pay, Bancontact, card, PayPal or Klarna. After your order you receive a confirmation email with your invoice. Not in your inbox? Check your spam folder.
Prefer a bank transfer? Get in touch and we will send you an invoice with a payment reference. We ship as soon as the transfer has cleared.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return your watch within 14 days after you received it. You may handle and try the watch as you would in a shop.
- Let us know within those 14 days, by email or with the withdrawal form (PDF).
- Send the watch back with everything that came with it, in the original packaging where possible.
- Return shipping costs are for the buyer.
- We refund you within 14 days after we receive the watch, using the same payment method.
