This 1969 Omega Genève has a super cool blue dial. Coolest thing about these watches is the contrasted orange seconds hand which matches very well with the blue dial and white hands. Collectors often call this an “Ultraman” Omega. The nickname comes from the Speedmaster 145.012 with its orange chronograph hand, which is believed to have been worn in the Japanese TV series Return of Ultraman (1971). Since then, any vintage Omega with that flash of orange gets the name. The tritium plots are still in perfect shape and have aged very well over time. The white hands are the original ones, crown has been changed in previous service. You'll notice that there is a small scratch around the middle of the dial, not super visible but needs to be mentioned. The stainless steel case is in very good condition. Caseback is correct and original. The movement cal 613 is working flawlessly and as it should. It has been serviced and checked by our watchmaker for correct accuracy and correct functioning.
